OPOS FAQs

Add 1/4C water to your 2L cooker. On high heat, first whistle comes in around 1-2 minutes. On medium heat, it takes around 3-4 minutes.

Buy them – else you need to figure out the right timings.

Reduce cooking time/ add more water. Use standard equipment. Do not cook beyond 5 minutes for no water recipes.

Yes. You can cook any cuisine using OPOS. OPOS technique isn’t restricted to South Indian or Vegetarian dishes.
