OPOS100 is a structured way of cutting out carbs and making this diet a part of your lifestyle. This will not be a diet you grit your teeth and follow for a limited period. This will be a diet we will help you enjoy and follow for a lifetime. There will no starving, no calorie watching or macro counting. You can eat as much as you like, provided it is from the approved food list.

OPOS100 is actually a de-addiction program in disguise. We handhold you to come out of the insidious grip of carbs. The structured program and the support system makes it easy.

Carb addiction is very real. It is very likely many of us are hard core addicts. The sooner we accept this addiction, the sooner we can start working on it.

If we deny this addiction or trivialise it, we might never get to tackle this problem.

Carb addiction is very hard to overcome as it has no social taboo like drug/ alcohol addiction. In fact, carb addiction is actively encouraged by making carbs a part of festivals/ celebrations/ religious events. A hard core drug addict is ostracised by society but even a heavily obese, diabetic ridden carb addict faces no social taboo.

We now know that carbs activate neurotransmitters and the reward centers of the brain like other addictive substances.

We now know beyond doubt that addiction to carbs can lead to diabetes, obesity, infertility, heart disease and various other lifestyle diseases. Overcoming this addiction by sheer will power is not easy.

Here's how OPOS100 works:

  1. You will need to stick to OPOS100 compliant food list given to you when you join. Nothing outside that list is allowed to be eaten.
  2. You will also need to walk minimum 6000 steps a day. We do not recommend any other heavy exercise routine during these 100 days.

This program is highly suitable and gives best results on a non-vegetarian or eggetarian diet. Vegetarians will need to take a clean whey protein supplement to meet their protein needs apart from daily paneer and cheese. We will not be advising you on any medical or weight issues. We will only give you guidance in this way of eating and using OPOS to make it a part of your daily cooking.
