The OPOS Neo PressureBaker is the first of its kind thermodynamically designed cookware. It is designed to balance conductivity. emissivity & specific heat to confirm to OPOS specs. This makes it ultra fast & ultra reliable. The Neo replaces both a 2L and 3L MagicPot. It cooks as fast as a 2L MagicPot and as much quantity as a 3L MagicPot.

The Neo is specifically designed for advanced OPOS techniques like cold pressure frying, controlled caramelisation & sugar syrup hack. It can be used both on a gas stove or induction stove.
